How to use Submersible Pump 

(1) environment requirements

1. There is a safe and reliable power supply.

2. The drop between the outlet pipe orifice and the water surface of the pool shall be less than the lift.

3. Choose a relatively clean water source.

(2)How to start

1. Submersible pumps below 11 kw are allowed to be started directly. Submersible pumps above 13 kW shall be equipped with a step-down starting cabinet. To protect the safe operation of the submersible pump.

2. In order to prevent the rotor of submersible pump from moving up instantly and reduce the starting load. When starting the submersible pump, the outlet valve stroke should be closed to 3/4. (leave 1/4 air gap for air bleeding) open it slowly after starting the water outlet. The operating point of the water pump shall be controlled at an appropriate position.

3. After starting and running. Monitoring and observation of water level changes should be strengthened. Ensure that the submersible pump operates within the working condition range. The submersible pump can not be put into formal operation until it operates stably.

4. Five hours after the submersible pump was put into operation for the first time. Stop the machine and quickly measure the thermal insulation resistance. Its value is not less than 0.5m Ω. Can continue to use.
